Professional hair braiding services including cornrows, box braids, Fulani braids, lemonade braids, goddess braids, stitch braids, and custom designs.

BOOKING POLICY

• Appointments required in advance
• 48-hour cancellation policy
• Late arrivals may result in shortened service
• No-shows forfeit deposit

PAYMENT

• Full payment required at time of service
• Accepts cash, credit/debit cards, mobile payments
• Deposits non-refundable but transferable to future appointment within 30 days

LIABILITY

• Not liable for damage from improper aftercare
• Clients must disclose allergies/medical conditions
• Natural hair variations affect results

HEALTH & SAFETY

• All tools sanitized between clients
• Follows Illinois salon health regulations
• Clients with contagious illnesses should reschedule
