  • Orders are processed within 1–8 business hours after payment confirmation.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

  • Orders are processed Monday–Saturday, excluding major U.S. holidays.


2. Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

  • We offer shipping throughout the United States via trusted carriers, USPS, FedEX, DHL, UPS, Etc.

  • Delivery times vary based on your location but generally range from 1–7 business days after dispatch.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.


3. International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide, including to all regions of Mexico.

How It Works:

  1. When using MyUS or DHL, you will be assigned a U.S.-based address where your package will be received and processed.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
